Morning Habits to Help You Focus


Start your day off right with these morning habits to help you stay focused. Wake up at the same time each day and drink a glass of water. Get your body moving with some light stretching or exercise, then fuel up with a healthy breakfast. Take a few minutes to plan your day and set a timer for 25 minutes to focus on one task. Take a 5-minute break and repeat until you complete the task. Review your progress and take a few minutes to meditate or practice mindfulness. Make a list of 3 things you are grateful for and review your goals. Finally, get dressed and start your day!
