5-minute stretching routine to ease muscle tension
This 5-minute stretching routine is designed to help ease muscle tension and promote relaxation. It begins with standing up straight and taking a deep breath in while raising your arms above your head. Then, exhale and slowly bend forward, reaching towards your toes. Hold this position for 15-20 seconds before slowly rising back up to a standing position. Next, place your hands on your hips and gently twist your torso to the left and then to the right, holding each position for 10-15 seconds. After returning to a neutral standing position, place your hands on your lower back and gently arch backwards, holding for 10-15 seconds. Finish the routine by taking a deep breath in and raising your arms above your head before slowly lowering them back down to your sides. Repeat the entire routine 2-3 times for maximum benefits.
