Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, exhaling through your mouth. Focus on your breath and try to clear your mind of any thoughts. If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath. Relax your body and release any tension you may be holding. Visualize a peaceful scene, such as a beach or forest, and repeat a calming mantra or phrase to yourself. When the timer goes off, slowly open your eyes and take a few deep breaths before getting up.
