Family Fitness & Exercise
Family fitness and exercise can be a fun and rewarding activity. Start your session with 10 minutes of stretching, then go for a 30-minute walk or jog. Follow this up with 10 minutes of strength training, core exercises, and stretching. Get your family involved with a game of tag or other active game. Take 10-minute breaks between each exercise, and include yoga or Pilates, cardio, balance exercises, aerobic exercises, and relaxation exercises.
