Evening Routine: Get Ready for Bed Refreshed and Relaxed


Wind down your day with an evening routine that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. Start by taking a warm shower or bath to relax your muscles and clear your mind. Put on comfortable pajamas and brush your teeth and floss. Pamper yourself with a face mask and then get cozy with a book or magazine.
