Bedtime Routine Checklist for Traveling

Bedtime

Traveling can be exhausting, but having a consistent bedtime routine can help you get the restful sleep you need. Before getting into bed, make sure to pack all the necessary items for the night, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash, and more. Then, set up your sleeping area, such as unpacking your sleeping bag and inflating your air mattress. Change into comfortable clothes and follow your usual bedtime routine of brushing your teeth, washing your face, and putting on moisturizer, an eye mask, and ear plugs. Set your alarm for the next morning, turn off all the lights, and get into bed. Take a few deep breaths and say a few positive affirmations before closing your eyes and drifting off to sleep.
