Bedtime Routine Checklist for Night Owls


Night owls, this bedtime routine is for you! Start by setting an alarm for the next day, then take a hot shower or bath to relax. Put on comfortable sleepwear and brush your teeth and floss. Drink a glass of water and read a book or listen to calming music. Turn off all electronics and stretch or do some light yoga. Write down any thoughts or worries in a journal, then turn off the lights and get into bed. Take a few deep breaths and relax to help you drift off to sleep.
