Self-love is essential for a healthy lifestyle. Start your day with gratitude and end it with reflection. In between, make sure to take care of yourself. Drink a glass of water, meditate or practice mindfulness, exercise for at least 30 minutes, and eat a healthy breakfast. Appreciate yourself and your accomplishments, spend time with friends or family, take a break from technology and social media, and do something creative. Finally, make sure to get a good night's sleep. Self-care is the key to self-love.
