Self-care is essential for relaxation and wellbeing. Take a few deep breaths, stretch your body and drink a glass of water to start. Get outside and take a walk, spend time in nature, or do something creative. Spend time with friends or family, get a massage, take a nap, enjoy a cup of tea, watch a movie, or take a break from technology. Finally, practice gratitude for all the good in your life.
