This self-care checklist is designed to help you establish a mindful meditation practice. To begin, find a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lie down. Set a timer for your desired meditation time, starting with just 5-10 minutes. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself and release any tension. Focus on your breath, noticing the sensation of air moving in and out of your body. If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath.
