Yoga Gym Routine


Start your yoga gym routine with a few stretches to warm up your muscles. Then, move into 10 sun salutations to get your heart rate up. After that, work through 10 Warrior, Chair, Tree, Cat/Cow, Downward Dog, Cobra, Bridge, Plank, Boat, Child's, Seated Forward Fold, Half Lord of the Fishes, and Corpse poses to target all the major muscle groups.
