Evening Routine: Get Ready for Bed Quickly


Getting ready for bed doesn't have to be a long process. Start by brushing your teeth and changing into your pajamas. Wash your face and apply moisturizer to keep your skin healthy. Set your alarm for the next day, then put away any items that are out of place. Turn off all electronics and make sure all windows and doors are locked. Don't forget to take any medications that need to be taken. Put on an eye mask to block out light, then turn off the lights and get into bed. Take a few moments to relax and you'll be ready for a good night's sleep.
