Bedtime Routine Checklist for Working Parents
Bedtime
Working parents have a lot to juggle, but with a good bedtime routine, they can make sure they are ready for the next day. Start by setting an alarm for the morning, then take a shower and brush your teeth. Put on your pajamas and read a book before turning off all electronics. Set out clothes for the next day and make lunch, then put away dishes and check emails. Set out breakfast items and put away toys and laundry, then check the calendar for the next day and set out any items needed. Make sure the house is secure and set the thermostat, take any medications, pray or meditate, and finally get into bed and relax. With this routine in place, working parents can be ready for the next day.
