Bedtime Routine Checklist for Vacations


Going on vacation doesn't mean you have to forget about your bedtime routine. Before you turn in for the night, make sure to set an alarm for the next morning, pack up any items you need, take a shower, brush your teeth, and put on your pajamas. Then, take some time to relax by reading a book, turning off all electronics, drinking a glass of water, stretching or doing some light yoga, writing in a journal, and setting your intention for the next day. Finally, turn off the lights and get into bed for a restful night of sleep.
