Newborn feeding schedule
Baby
When it comes to feeding your newborn, it's important to establish a routine that works for both you and your baby. To start, check the time of the last feeding to determine when your baby is due for their next meal. Prepare a clean bottle or breast pump and wash your hands thoroughly before handling any equipment. Warm up the milk or formula to the appropriate temperature and hold your baby in a comfortable position while offering the bottle or breast. After feeding, burp your baby and record the time and amount of the feeding. Clean and sterilize the bottle or breast pump and store the milk or formula properly. Repeat this process every 2-3 hours or as needed to ensure your baby is getting the nourishment they need to grow and thrive.
